Who is Paws on Wheelz Delivery Services?
Paws on Wheelz, aka POW, is a delivery service for Pet Lovers. We will deliver pet products you need from the pet stores to your drop off location. (Coming in the future- transportation of pets!)
What areas do you service?
We are currently offering delivery within the geographical area of Edmonton. We will deliver to St. Albert, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Stony Plain and Spruce Grove on select days. Simply contact us to learn more.
Will you be expanding to other areas in the future?
Yes! We are planning on expanding across our country, but right now- we are focussing on the City of Champions!
What days do you offer delivery services?
We offer delivery services from Monday through Friday. In emergencies, we may be able to accommodate delivery on some weekends as well.
Is there a Minimum Purchase required?
No- you can order something as low as $1- so go ahead and get us to deliver that special treat for your best friend!
What are the Delivery Turnarounds?

How does POW work?
There are Two Ways we can help:
Buy and Deliver: Simply let us know WHAT you need, WHEN you need it by and WHERE to drop it off.
You make a purchase through the store (website or phone) and then contact us to have it delivered to you. Please make sure you tell our affiliated stores that Paws On Wheels will be picking it up on your behalf.
Is there a surcharge for the Buy and Deliver Service?
No. There is no surcharge in having us purchase the products for you and deliver them to your door. Simply pay us the price of the products and the delivery fee. Please click here to get a quote.
What is the cost to the Pet Owner?
The cost to the pet owner varies based on the distance travelled. If you need the products same day, there might be a surcharge- depending on how busy we are. Please click here to get a quote.
What is the benefit of ordering from your partner stores?
Customers who shop at our partner stores might be rewarded with some savings every now and then. The lucky customers are surprised either with a coupon from the store, or from Paws on Wheelz- or sometimes, they get a discount on the items they purchase!
What if there is a coupon involved?
Simply let us know if you have a coupon and the amount of it so we can adjust the quotation for you.
Will you deliver to Rural locations?
Yes! We will deliver to rural locations before dark. We want to keep our drivers safe- so we only deliver to rural locations during daylight hours. Sometimes, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the driver. Please allow for extra time to accommodate for weather and road conditions.
How does your delivery affect the Rewards/Frequent Buyer Program stores and food companies offer?
If you have already purchased the products from the pet store and simply need us to drop it off for you- your direct purchase still counts towards your Reward Program.
However, if you want to utilize our BUY and DELIVER service- your purchase will not count towards your Frequent buyer/reward program. This is to ensure efficiency of delivery times. (Some drivers might make an exception).
Do you deliver Raw Food?
Yes! We will transport the raw food in a temperature controlled cooler/bag to help maintain the integrity of the product from store to customer. The customer has to sign a form on delivery though- this is to ensure you received the product(s) in acceptable conditions.
What happens if the products being delivered aren’t to my standards?
Simply REFUSE Delivery and POW will be in touch with you to make it right! (The product will be donated to a charity).
How will the customer know when the driver is on their way?
Once we’ve picked up the supplies and are heading your way- we will contact you with our ETA via text or email. (Please turn on your outside lights to help our drivers find your home)
Can the drivers bring the products inside the home?
No. For the safety of all parties involved, POW drivers, contractors and personnel cannot enter the drop off location.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
Sorry- we don’t accept treats- but we DO accept Cash, Email Transfer, Mastercard/Visa (subject to processing fees).
